As an RTO we are dedicated to the excellence in training
solutions and in the expansion of the skills base,
education and professional qualifications of those
operating within the Community Service Sector.
We do this primarily by working creatively and on
a one-to-one basis with our students and organisations
to provide training and training advice to meet their
specific needs. The mechanisms that we work through
to achieve this goal are conceptualised within our
training systems, products and models.
Equalis has a strong background in the development
of work-based competencies and assessment tools. At
Equalis we have developed all our training products
in-house. We have, over time, developed a library of
training resources and tools that we access to meet
the varied needs of our students, clients and organisations.

Equalis currently works in partnership
with a range of non-government and government organisations
whose
needs are very diverse. The breadth of this interaction
has supported our capacity to appreciate and understand
the various contexts that individuals, families,
service organisations and government agencies operate
within.
The management and maintenance of effective work
relationships requires activation of work principles
that ensure
innovation in practice and a commitment to building
knowledge in the specific community service sector.
