EQUALIS TRAINEE OF THE YEAR!!
After delivering many training sessions, liaising with all of our trainees, and marking hundreds of assessments, it becomes evident to us that there are a few people each year who consistently demonstrate excellence in their formal training, as well as possessing the motivation and enthusiasm needed to make a difference in the industry in which they work.
So we have decided to recognise one trainee who has not only consistently achieved outstanding results throughout the duration of their traineeship but has also demonstrated a passion for excellence in the Community Services sector.
The Equalis Trainee of the Year will receive a plaque and certificate in recognition of their efforts, as well as a 2 year membership with the leading industry association relevant to their field.
The winner will be announced in January 2008, and will be published in our next newsletter, as well as on our website.
